Yulia was a big help in finding in both selling our old place and finding a new place to fit our needs. She was communicative, willing to listen to us and visit many potential houses, allowed us to bounce ideas off of her and in the end, negotiate a successful deal with the sellers. We appreciated her participation and advice in the many areas of the process including packing/moving, getting access to the property on multiple occasions to arrange quotations on some repair work. Also appreciated the help with coordination and recommendations of Attorney, Inspectors and Contractors for work we are planning to do. Jeremy Bullis

Yulia is really professional. She helped us to find the best property that we can. Yulia spent a lot of time with us and continued until we found what we wanted. Also, Yulia supported us during the whole buying process, communicated with the seller's realtor, and tried to resolve all issues that we have. Olga N

I would chose Yulia again if I was looking to purchase or sell if she offered those services. She’s amazing and helped me understand the process. Vanessa Robles

Yulia was amazing from day 1 to the end. We worked with a few agents from berkshire hathway and others prior to Yulia. She was easily the best - due to a few factors. 1. In our showings she would open the house and let us explore & not be near us - helping us analyze without some one over our shoulder 2. When there were obvious problems in a house, she would help us identify them 3. Even though we may have seen like 150 houses with her - went through one offer and acceptance and a cancel before we finalized another house, her demeanour was the same. She never wavered and was very patient. Other agents were usually very pushy and telling you what houses should cost and why our logic was flawed. This was a very critical factor in us buying with her. She was also good at providing ideas and comparisons. Overall there is a lot of soft skills involved in being a great agent, the tools every one has and some have better ones than Baird and Warner. On the soft skills side Yulia is the best, and that's critical for an agent for some one like us - who are very diligent and thorough in our research of houses. Badrinarayanan Sampathkumar

Very responsive on multiple platforms. Market analysis was right on target. Robert G Davies

Yulia is a true professional and 100% dependable. She was honest with us when answering questions and kept us informed every step of the way from start to sold. She did everything she said she was going to do to ensure our house sold and it sold in 15 days. This is her first year in the real estate business but she was a seasoned professional in every sense of the word. I highly recommend choosing Yulia to represent you and your home. Darwin and Jeanese Graham

Yulia is a wonderful addition to the Baird & Warner team. She represents her clients with care and enthusiasm. Sarah Pelton
